PRR 4-4-2 #759 |
Description: |
With a head of steam built up and a tender loaded with coal, this Juniata Shops built 4-4-2 steamer is ready to roll out again. Built in May of 1914 (serial #2821, class E6s), the loco looks clean and sleek in this photo taken by J.R. Quinn while it sat in the Philadelphia yard. The scrapper's torch was put to it in May of 1949. |
