CSX Q249-19  Contributor's Pick!
After the signal suspension was lifted, the dispatcher let the flood gates open. After Q373-18 cleared the switches, Q249-19, seen here, pulls through one to one at Point of Rocks. The suspension, between North/South WB signals and all Point of Rocks, was put in place to protect crews as they surveyed the two tunnels and took down the old CPLs at East Brunswick and High Rocks and activated the newly installed signals. CP High Rocks no longer exists as of today, a new signal bridge was put in its place about a mile from the CPLs. It is now known as Lander Road/High Rocks signal.
