| The 9 A.M. Employee Appreciation run of NS Train 099 pulls out of NS Berkeley Yard behind the WAB and ITC Heritage Locomotives. The train will pull east behind the signals and then highball west behind NKP 765. It was great to meet Andy Fletcher, the artist who first adapted these old schemes for modern locomotives last year and submitted the idea to NS CEO Wick Moorman for the NS 30th Anniversary. NS quickly went from being one of the most boring Class 1s to one of the coolest. |
