Southern Railway SD40 #3193, one of six locomotives derailed when eastbound #174 collided with #219, inside city limits          
Panel track has been put in place the line opened for traffic with a 10mph speed limit thru the accident zone. At the time, this was train-order territory and one train failed to clear the main as directed.
