The F unit on the right is an F3 or F7 and the 2 on the left are Baldwins "Sharks".

Interesting-the Sharks on the left are in the as-delivered, original paint scheme and the the Sharks on the left are in the simplified paint scheme.

This photo was taken by Mr. William Volkmer, and is published on page 102 of his book entitled "PRR: Hudson To Horseshoe." The caption reads: "One can compare the lines of the Baldwin sharknose design with the EMD F-7 design, as well as the two paint schemes PRR chose for the sharks. This unposed photo was taken in Erie, Pa., in October 1958." The locomotive on the left is identified correctly as #2025, but the next one over is actually #9738.
