| Album Info: | This busy BNSF main goes northeast from Denver and is the former CB&Q, then BN, line to Chicago. It sees an average of about 2-4 trains per hour. This line is mostly 'flat' to rolling with a general downhill trend for eastbounds [fast and near idle] and uphill, for westbounds [slow and often in upper notch]. The 20 miles or so this album covers is closely paralleled by I-76 which offers close and convenient access to most of the photo locations seen here. |
