UP'S Van Buren Sub
Title:  UP'S Van Buren Sub
Description:  UP Southbound Freight Train passing through North Little Rock, Ar. I had just gotten off I-40 West to start following UP'S Van Buren Sub using HWY 365 North & HWY 64 West, I decided to make a quick signal check & right as I get to the crossing the gates started going down, I looked down the track & saw this beautiful brand new FXE SD70ACe coming my way, had just enough time to get my camera & hop out for this shot, talk about perfect timing

UP'S Van Buren Sub
Title:  UP'S Van Buren Sub
Description:  UP Southbound Local Freight Train passing through Oak Grove, Ar. I was very pleased to find that UP 1900 was still in DRGW paint & the fact that someone had removed the UP Shield Logo Patch making for a much better catch, when you zoom in for a telephoto shot it almost looks like a true DRGW GP60, but what gives it away is the newer UP number series, still looks great considering & like hitting the lottery being this is probably the last DRGW unit left on UP that doesnt have a UP Shield Logo on the nose

UP'S Van Buren Sub
Title:  UP'S Van Buren Sub
Description:  UP Southbound Local Freight Train passing through the siding in Mayflower, Ar. meeting a northbound freight that held the main until the local cleared, I have to give the person that removed the UP Shield Logo Patch from the nose of the UP 1900 a big thank you, because whoever did that made this a much better catch, the only patch is on the side of the cab, which is very tolerable, almost like catching a true DRGW GP60, when you use the telephoto or zoom lens the only way you can tell its not true DRGW is the number series the GP60 is in now. I totally lost it when I saw the UP 1900 leading still in DRGW paint & with no crappy UP Shield Logo patch on the nose ruining the DRGW heritage scheme, this could be the only DRGW unit left without a UP patch on the nose, with the exception of the few DRGW SD40T-2s that are operating on W&LE
