| Album Info: | In late 2010, information ciculated on various Yahoo Groups that CSX was leasing several SD70AC, SD70IAC and SD80MAC units to FXE into at least early 2011. I happen on a Mobile bound Q601 train with FXE leading units towing four CSX units fitting the description of FXE leased units headed to Mexico. Q601 is a Waycross to Mobile train so the units are likely headed to New Orleans for interchange to UP. Also included was a following train with UP power, showing a study of all three configurations of SD70M units purchased by UP. |
