| Album Info: | The only thing about opening a time capsule and "Returning to Yesterday"
is that the things that you might find there,
are perhaps at best, only good for a limited number of people!
As to why this might be,
About these things I do not know and I can not say, except that
Some people will understand and
Some people will not! This is just the way it is!
Some people dream a different dream--- because they have been told
a different story. Thus they see things, in a different way.
Some of these pictures I have not looked at or seen in over 40 years!
They were taken in the middle to late 1960's by the young stallion that I once was back in those days
when I was in high school or
when I was working the interlocking towers on the Milwaukee Road near St Paul Yard and the St Paul Union Depot.
It will take some time to review and upload the best
of the several hundred pictures that there are in this collection.
A special thanks to my friend Chris who works on the Amtrak desk on the mighty BNSF.
Without his help and generosity, these images as he calls them
would possibly not yet have been scanned, and I would not yet be uploading them,
and thus not sharing them with you! Most of the dates for these pictures will be a guess or approximation of a date within the middle to late 1960's. I remember the places, but not so much the dates. |
