| Album Info: | August 1st, 2008. The James E. Strates Shows arrived in Hamburg, NY to play the Erie County Fair which will begin in 4 days. The Strates Shows is the only remaining carnival in the United States, and as far as I know, the world, to travel via railroad. The trains arrival brings much fan-fair from young and old alike. Some of the die hard fans present today have been coming out to greet the Strates Shows since the 1950's. That's dedication. Anyway, the train was delivered to the Buffalo Southern from the Norfolk Southern after a long trip north from Binghamton, NY |
