| Album Info: | My guess is a light tower since the C&W works mostly at night. Locomotives are also kept there overnite under poor lighting conditions, unprotected from possible vandals and intoxicated individuals! ( students )!
Feb. 22nd. ends this album. I guess Harrisonburg gets another Cell tower and the C&W remains under poor lighting at night. The construction was interesting to watch however. |
