Album Info: | Someone dragged this pup around by her leash!
I got a heads up that this loco and an RJ Corman loco were in the Teague Yard on Track 1.
I tooled on over to the yard, and she was somewhat inaccessible publicly.
Fortunately for me, a MOW foreman and the Yardmaster(?) were by the yard trailer, and I asked for permission to take pictures. With a friendly "Sure, just drive down the yard access road and be careful!" I drove in.
While looking over the SW1500, which appears clean and freshly outshopped with new hardware; my friend Joe, (locomotive engineer instructor extraordinaire) noticed the traction motor blower ducts were not hooked up - then I noticed the flat spots!
Yeah, they aren't pretty and she'll most likely have to have the trucks swapped out before she's moved to where ever she's supposed to go to.
