| Album Info: | Those of you who saw my "Steam Engine in Action on the Abilene and Smoky Valley Railroad" album (at http://railfan3145.rrpicturearchives.net/archiveThumbs.aspx?id=132656 ) know that there is a restored ATSF steam engine in Abilene, which you can ride from May through October. I photographed that last time I was there, but I didn't get a chance to photograph the many train stations still standing there (except for the Rock Island one). On this trip, I got the Santa Fe and Union Pacific depots, as well as some of the switcher engines which lurk about town. Enjoy these photos! |
